Storm Study filed the very first hurricane
report to the National Hurricane Center over IRLP.. that's
Internet Radio Linking Project, during Hurricane Lili from Morgan
City, Louisiana in 2002..
Storm Study
submitted the World's first Mobile voice over IP report
to the NHC using Echolink and a wireless connection from SET1, during
Hurricane Dennis in Gulf Shores, Alabama
in 2005.
